ภาพนรกทำให้ผมหยุดดื่มเหล้าได้อย่างถาวรแล้วครับ นรกนั้นเป็นที่ที่เลวร้ายมาก ผมไม่อยากไปที่นั่น ผมพยายามให้ดีที่สุดที่จะไม่ไปนรก เกี่ยวกับบททดสอบเพื่อเป็นชาวพุทธ ผมมั่นใจว่าทำได้ครับ ผมไม่ฆ่าสัตว์ ไม่ลักขโมยของใคร ผมรักภรรยาผมคนเดียว และไม่โกหกทุกๆเรื่อง ผมเลิกเหล้า เลิกบุหรี่ได้แล้วครับ การนั่งสมาธิ ทำให้ผมผ่านบททดสอบเหล่านี้ได้ดีขึ้น
ดวงตะวันที่กลางท้อง
นั่งสมาธิครั้งต่อมา ผมก็เห็นดวงตะวัน ขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางประมาณ 6เซนติเมตร สว่างเป็นกลมๆ สวยงามมาก ซึ่งผมก็นึกไม่ถึงว่า "มาได้ยังไง" บางครั้งดวงตะวันนั้นก็ขยายออกไปรอบๆตัวผม และแม้จะออกจากสมาธิแล้วผมก็ยังรู้สึกว่า ดวงตะวันก็ยังอยู่ในท้องอยู่ตลอดเวลา ผมมีความสุขมาก เหมือนมีเพื่อนใจมาอยู่ใกล้ๆ
